Ram Prasad had fracture

At last,I got relieved from Karakambadi and joined at Nellore branch,the very next day.I was eager to meet Ram Prasad and thank him for helping me getting the transfer.But alas!Sesha girir Rao and Ram prasad had accident the very previous day!It seems they were going on a bike the previous night and had an accident. So,the very same day I joined at Nellore branch,I had been given supervisory duties.Branch manager was Madhava Krishna. It seems he had very bad opinion of me even before I joined the branch.Probably he had been told that I am very head strong and I would not work after office hours at any cost.So,cold war started from day One.He was very strict and he did not know how to laugh and smile. He was always very serious.He would not pleasingly with any of the employees,whether they are officers or workmen.In a way,I too was not in good moods.Because,Ram prasad had accident,and he was like my big brother and I always used to look up to him for everything and anything in the branch.Conditions at my home were also not congenial to be relaxed. Fight started between us immediately.When I went to his cabin,he commented that I should be a responsible employee and all that. I replied that I fully well knew my responsibilities and knew how to discharge them properly and efficiently.There was no need for any one to remind me of my responsibilities.Narasayya,another senior clerk used to sit till 7.30--8.00PM,whenever he was given supervisory duties. But I never do that.So,manager called me and told me the same and that he expected me to sit late .I bluntly told him that at any cost I would not sit late. If wanted he could give supervisory duties to Narasayya. I had no problem.Because I knew pretty well that he can never do it,trespassing my seniorty at the branch. More over,I am fast enough to complete my work within office hours and even if Narasayya sat over night in the branch,his turn over qualitatively would be less than mine. I am not belittling him. Because ,he was mentally weak and he could not discharge his duties fast and correct. He was tensed up and had fear psychosis all the time.He had many health issues.I was more angry with the manager because he expected me to sit late.So,the matter was settled and after that he never asked me to sit late. Till.Ram Prasad joined I was supervisor for SB,CA department.After,Ram Prasad joined,I was shifted to receipt waste, transfer waste and cash counting.
